World Changers

Perth Christian Life Centre is a corporate body of believers who are not only passionate about “Making Life Better” in our surrounding community, but also in our country and the nations of the world.

Our dream is to be over-taken with a desire to reach the lost and expand God’s Kingdom on Earth and we are committed to being a ‘force’ not a ‘fortress’ in the world. A church as a ‘’force’’ is all about ‘’being Christ in the world’’ focusing on bringing Christ to people and “being Jesus” wherever they are.

As a part of the Australian Christian Churches, our church has been given the mandate to oversee all missionary activities, projects and outreaches into the Sub Continent Arc Region. This includes Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and the Andaman Islands. But our passion is also for Asia and its entire people.

Our Focus for 2009

Hi everyone. At World Changers we are currently focused on releasing vision in these main areas:

Church Planting
Leadership Training
Providing a better future for children in the Third World

Check out the Joy of Giving article on the left from Paster David for a list of this years projects.

Over the years our church has developed great relationships with partners from all over the world. We have been able to partner with them in their ministries, giving where we were able.

However now is a new era in the journey of Perth Christian Life Centre World Changers. We are going to develop deeper relationships with the people we have already been partnering with.

This years Joy of Giving certainly demonstrates this change in direction. We are looking to purchase land in India with a long term partner as a stage one to help them build a Christian Community Centre.

Also in Calcutta, we are looking to purchase land to help Calcutta Mercy Hospital build a hospital laundry. This will allow the hospital to offer alternative employment to the Calcutta sex workers who are working with and bringing to wholeness.

In Indonesia we have partnered with Disciple Maker build a home in West Sumba, However now we are looking to help them purchase a Head Office in Dempasar. Currently they are renting different buildings across the city.

Perth CLC is a force not a fortress, and has been Making Life Better for thousands of people from all over the world.... and we plan to continue.

We are on a journey, a very exciting journey.
